Guarantee for Surgical Procedures:

We stand behind our work and exceed ADA guidelines by offering a Lifetime Guarantee on Dental Implants.

Details of the Lifetime Guarantee:

• This guarantee applies exclusively to the Dental Implant and not to the surgical procedure or the specialist’s fee, which may incur additional costs.
• ConfiDental Costa Rica will replace dental implants in cases of osseointegration failure.

The guarantee becomes void if the failure is due to:

1. Trauma, accidents, or any other damage caused by the patient or a third party.
2. Conditions contraindicated for successful implant integration, such as uncontrolled diabetes, alcoholism, nicotine dependency, or habitual drug use.
3. The use of clinical components or instruments from another dental provider.

Five-Year Guarantee on Crowns, Bridges, and Restorations:

The guarantee for restorative treatments includes the following

• Zirconium Bars
• Hybrid Bars
• Zirconia Crowns
• E-Max Crowns and Veneers
• Inlays/Onlays
• Dental Bridges

Terms of Coverage

Eligibility:

This five-year warranty covers crowns, bridges, veneers, abutments, implant crowns, inlays, and onlays.

How to Obtain Service:

• Notify ConfiDental Costa Rica of any failure within 7 days of discovery.
• Schedule and attend an appointment at ConfiDental Costa Rica for corrective action. Failure to notify ConfiDental promptly may void the warranty.

Exclusions:

• Pre-existing conditions, bruxism, or cosmetic discoloration.
• Failures due to patient negligence, such as poor oral hygiene or non-compliance with prescribed care.
• Medical conditions, including those resulting from substance abuse or systemic illnesses that affect oral structures.
• Loss or damage to removable prosthetics or appliances.

Patient Responsibilities:

• Maintain routine dental care and good oral hygiene practices.
• Provide proof of routine dental care upon request.
• You must cover all travel-related expenses (airfare, hotels, meals, etc.), as they are not included in the warranty.

Warranty Disclaimer:

• This Limited Warranty Agreement represents ConfiDental’s complete obligations.
• No additional warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.
• ConfiDental reserves the right to require the patient to seek coverage under any existing insurance or benefit programs before utilizing this warranty.

Arbitration Clause:

Any disputes related to this agreement will be resolved through arbitration by the bylaws of the International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CICA) of the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce. Both parties agree to adhere unconditionally to its rules.

Modification or Withdrawal of the Guarantee

ConfiDental Costa Rica reserves the right to modify or withdraw this guarantee without prior notice.
